Incremental Encoder

We produce incremental encoders as shaft and as hollow shaft encoders with blind hollow shaft or hollow through shaft.

Our Micro encoder and Mini encoder have a size of 18 mm to 28 mm with a resolution of 1 up to 2,500 pulses per revolution, at 4x edge evaluation are 10,000 counting edges for jointing. As the output driver, we have push-pull outputs, RS422 line driver and open collector. Permissible speeds in this product area reach to 10,000 rev / min. Shaft diameter as a solid shaft range from 1.5 mm to 6.35 mm and a hollow shaft from 4 mm to 6 mm. PCB mount, plug and cable outlet is possible. Operating temperatures from -10 ° C to 85 ° C.

Our Euro encoders are shaft and blind hollow shaft encoder and are in the range of sizes from 35 mm to 40 mm with resolutions of up to 3600 pulses per revolution.

Our product group Standard encoder starts with the size from 58 mm and ends at 120 mm. Resolution per revolution are possible with the line number 1 to 900000, up to 18,000 signal periods per revolution with Sinus-/Cosinussignalen . Can be used at temperatures ranging from -42 ° C to +110 ° C. Permissible speeds in this range go up to 12,000 rev / min. Shaft diameters are available as a solid shaft of 6 mm to 12 mm and a hollow shaft of 6 mm to 55 mm, inch mounting dimensions are also available. Protection are available from IP 00 to IP 68. Supply voltage 5-30 volts output driver RS422 Line Drive , push-pull or 1 Vpp Sinus-/Cosinus.
